Finding the Help That You Need
I am just flabbergasted on how difficult it is to get in touch with your mental health professional when you are going through a mental crisis! No wonder there are so many mentally ill individuals in prison. They try to get help but either do not have insurance to cover the medications and/or treatment, which causes them to self-medicate. Or by the time they do get in touch with someone that can help it is too late!!!
